Crumbs: Breakfast Plate 

A quick, filling breakfast to start the morning

This breakfast comes together in under 15 minutes, making it a great, filling meal to start your morning. The frozen hashbrowns make it easy and the avocado keeps it fresh. This meal is also highly customizable in terms of seasonings and toppings, so you can play around with it! 

Ingredients 

3 hashbrown patties  

– 1 avocado 

– 2 eggs 

– Bacon 

– Seasonings of choice 

Instructions: 

  1. Begin by cooking hashbrown patties. This can be done in the oven or in the air fryer for more speed.  
  1. As hashbrowns cook, fry bacon in a pan. Once cooked, remove from the pan and set aside. Save the grease to fry eggs in. 
  1. Crack eggs into pan. Scramble, if desired. For a runnier egg, do not stir. Cover with lid and let cook until yolks are slightly cooked through. The bacon grease adds flavor and helps the eggs not be too dry. Remove from heat. 
  1. On a plate, arrange hashbrowns and spread with avocado. Add salt or other seasonings, if desired. Then, place eggs and bacon on top. Add more seasonings, cheese or other toppings of choice. If cooked over-easy, cut into the eggs to let the yokes run. 
  1. Enjoy!
