Headliners Yung Gravy and Clint Black bring a country flair to the start of the school year

On Friday and Saturday evening, the University of Idaho held the Summer Country Showdown for the second year in a row. Friday’s show featured Tayler Holder, a TikTok star turned country artist, and Yung Gravy, a popular hip-hop artist who recently released a country album. Saturday’s show kicked off with performances from Mackenzie Carpenter and Craig Morgan, concluding the festival with a final performance by Clint Black.
