One pan creamy gnocchi with sausage 

Try this easy 30-minute meal with a creamy tomato-based sauce

This hearty meal is packed with flavor and takes under 30 minutes to prepare. Sure to be a crowd pleaser, try this easy creamy gnocchi with sausage recipe for a rich and comforting weeknight meal. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped 
  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced 
  • ½ cup chicken broth 
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes with juice 
  • 1 cup heavy cream 
  • 1 lb. package uncooked potato gnocchi 
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage 
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 
  • Salt, pepper, basil and oregano to taste 

Directions: 

1. Add onion, garlic and sausage to pan and sauté over medium heat until sausage is fully cooked 

2. Add chicken broth and bring to a bubble 

3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, cream and gnocchi, cover the pan and let cook for 5 minutes 

4. Add parmesan cheese and seasonings to taste, stirring until sauce has reached desired consistency 

5. Serve and enjoy!
