A Way to Beat the Summer Heat

With the heat of the summer hitting Idaho hard this year, there are many things to do to cool off. Floating rivers is a huge pastime for Idahoans, and many people decide to float the Boise River or other small surrounding rivers to cool off. However, there is a rafting trip up the road from Boise by about an hour which is much more exciting. Doing white water rafting on the Payette River is a popular activity and is fun and safe for nearly all ages.
