1:39 p.m. Traffic Accident: The caller watched a man purposefully hit a parked car on West Palouse River Drive.
5:10 p.m. Traffic Violation: A small red car was swerving and crossing the centerline, pulling over the ‘Welcome to Moscow’ sign.
Saturday, April 9
12:38 a.m. Citizen Dispute: Two women were arguing and swearing on Deakin Avenue, with the situation escalating.
2:02 a.m. Suspicious Circumstance: The caller heard a woman screaming on South Main Street.
12:51 p.m. Vehicle Prowl: A man was looking through cars at the University of Idaho Student Recreation Center. The caller watched him take keys from under a blue Toyota.
2:51 p.m. Malicious Mischief: The caller found spray paint on their back door on South Lily Street.
6:54 p.m. Vagrancy: Two homeless people were living in a shed behind the South Asbury Street apartments, seeming to be friends with a resident.
10:40 p.m. Injured Animal: On North Jefferson and East E streets, an injured owl was unable to open its wings and move.
Sunday, April 10
12:23 a.m. Assault: Two men got into a fight outside of the Corner Club and began walking down Main Street.
1:01 a.m. Noise Complaint: Four to five people were running around playing and screaming on White Avenue.
9:33 p.m. Noise Complaint: There were screaming, stomping and running sounds on South Main Street for at least two hours.
