2:30 a.m. Noise Complaint: The caller had complaints of a loud party going on every Friday up till 3 a.m., with music and yelling on Railroad Street.
9:40 a.m. Welfare Check: A man was yelling at the top of his lungs and walking towards Zip’s Drive-in.
3:35 p.m. Welfare Check: An off-duty trooper saw a man walking covered in blood on Styner Avenue.
10:17 p.m. Traffic Accident: A school bus went off the road at East Palouse River Drive, but was gone upon the arrival of officers.
Sunday, Feb. 6
1:46, 3:11, 3:50 a.m. Harassment: A customer was reported for inappropriate behavior at Mingles Bar & Grill, repeatedly harassing employees. Officers responded separate three times.
12:22 p.m. Malicious Mischief: The caller woke up to their vehicle’s windshield being broken last week, with a beer can found by the back tires on Lauder Avenue.
12:27 p.m. Animal Problem: A cat was taken to the shelter after being abandoned on Meadowlark Lane.
3:45 p.m. Controlled Substance Problem: A caller reported that there may be drugs in the women’s bathroom at Spence True Value Hardware.
