Chick-fil-A to reopen Valentine’s Day

After being closed for five months, the student favorite restaurant will be back

Chick-fil-A will be opening back up in the ISUB food court on Feb. 14 after its five-month closure.

Orders through the Boost app are currently unavailable, but students are welcome to get in line, said Idaho Eats Director of Marketing and Guest Experiences Kim Howe.

“We’re working really hard in the background,” Howe said. “I know everyone is eagerly awaiting Feb. 14. You can get your hand on chicken nuggies or the spicy deluxe.”

Einsteins Bros. Bagel, also located in the ISUB, has seen a limited menu with new staff being trained and supply issues. The breakfast spot will be expanding back to its regular offerings, according to Howe.

On Feb. 17 in The Eatery, Idaho Eats will be hosting Delightful, an event recognizing random acts of kindness through food and more.

Correction: Orders for Chick-fil-A through the Boost app are unavailable. Feb. 14’s opening will take in-person orders with the location’s usual menu.
