Feeling bored and are wondering what things are going on this week? Stay up to date on current events and view things to attend in your free time. Here are the best happenings this week. Remember, when going out to in-person events, wear a mask and social distance to keep yourself and others safe.

Mindfulness Drop-in

Time: 12:30—1:30 p.m.

Date: March 23

Place: Online event

Price: Free

Drop what you are doing for an hour and move closer to reality. During this mindfulness session, students will be able to slow down and be in the moment, away from deadlines, work and life. As the second half of the semester begins, it is important to prioritize mental health. Meditation can be a great outlet to ground yourself and destress. To participate, email [email protected] for the Zoom link.

The Body Project

Time: 5:30—6:30 p.m.

Date: March 23

Place: Online event

Price: Free

At the body project, the four-week series will give people the resources to love their bodies, challenge stigmas and become an advocate for themselves. This event is the third part of their four workshops. Prioritize self-care and learn about positive self-image.

Register for the workshop by emailing [email protected].
