Did you know that Campbell’s broccoli cheese soup is vegetarian? Being a Panera fan, I decided to take my own spin on their new broccoli cheddar mac and cheese. The result was delicious, and I would go so far as to challenge Panera, but I’ll let you be the judge of that.

Ingredients:
½ cup of pasta of choice
½ cup of Campbell’s condensed broccoli cheese soup
¼ cup of milk
½ cup of frozen broccoli florets
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Boil water in a medium saucepan.
- Add pasta to billing water and cook until soft.
- Drain the water and put pasta back on medium heat.
- Add the milk and soup and stir until combined.
- Add broccoli florets, stir, and cover.
- Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring every few minutes until broccoli is soft.
- Top with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
