Ingredients:
2 russet potatoes
2 tbs vegetable oil
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Chop two russet potatoes finely and add them to a bowl with water and salt to let sit for five minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Drain the potatoes and blot with a towel.
- Spread the potatoes evenly on a cooking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Add vegetable oil, spices and mix until evenly distributed.
- Cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve or set aside for later and enjoy.
