This iced hibiscus strawberry latte is a chilled, refreshing drink for any time. The recipe serves four to six people and takes about 10 minutes to make. The drink is vegan, so you can share it with all your friends.
What You’ll Need:
- 4 Hibiscus t bags
- 2 Green g bags
- 2 cups water
- ¾-1 cup sugar
- 8 strawberries
- Coconut milk
Begin by boiling the water. While that’s boiling add all the tea bags and sugar into a glass jug. When the water is done boiling, pour it over the tea bags. Stir to help dissolve the sugar.
Allow the tea bags to brew for between 5-10 minutes. Discard tea bags.
Next, place the strawberries in a blender and puree. Add the tea concentrate and mix for a few seconds.
To serve, add ice to a glass and pour the tea mixture in, leaving room at the top. Top off with coconut milk and strawberries if you’d like.
