Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but it can be hard to get up in time for it. Don’t sacrifice a hearty breakfast just because you’re too tired in the morning.
These breakfast bites keep in the fridge for a few days and make an easy breakfast for the whole household.
Cook time: 30 minutes
Serving size: 12 bites
Ingredients:
- ½ cup hash browns
- ¼ cup diced ham
- 2 eggs
- Shredded cheese (as much as desired)
- Garlic salt (as much as desired)
- Hot sauce or ketchup (as much as desired)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Scramble eggs in a small bowl and set aside
- In a large bowl, mix together hash browns, ham, scrambled egg mixture and shredded cheese until combined
- Spoon mixture into a muffin tin and fill each one until about ¾ full
- Cook for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through
- Top with garlic salt and the condiment of your choice
