Crumbs: Greek yogurt fruit bites

Greek yogurt fruit bites | Nicole Hindberg

It’s starting to get hotter and cravings for sweet treats are hitting all of us. This recipe will tame your sweet tooth and help keep you cool on those hot summer days. It’s also a healthy alternative to popsicles.

I decided to use blueberries in the bites, but you can add a variety of fruits to your own bites.

Ingredients:

  • Greek Yogurt
  • Fruit of your choice

Does this recipe sound good? Here are some more delicious recipes from our staff. They’ve made homemade bread, guacamole and chicken cordon bleu.

Directions:

  1. Mix together your desired amount of yogurt and fruit together in a bowl.
  2. Spoon the mixture into an ice cube tray.
  3. Place tray into the freezer for around four to five hours.
  4. Remove from the tray and enjoy.
