Friday, June 19

12:46 p.m. Animal Problem/Complaint: A duck and at least 15 ducklings were circling cars in the WinCo parking lot. At the time of the call, they were moving towards Michaels. An officer responded and no report was taken.

1:16 p.m. Vehicle Prowl: A reporting party stated her vehicle was broken into at Staples and her laptop was stolen. An officer responded and found the items were not stolen. No report was taken.

1:43 p.m. Smoke Investigation: Fire and law responded to a report of smoke but no visible flames on Ridge Road. No report was taken.

2:50 p.m. Theft Other: Farm House, a fraternity on Blake Avenue, reported an unknown guest stole a TV from the house. There was no forced entry. An officer contacted and a report was taken.

10:48 p.m. Theft Other: A caller reported a man came inside a building on Fourth Street and stole keys. The caller could hear men arguing in the background. Officers responded and no report was taken.

Saturday, June 20

9:56 a.m. Utility Problem: A reporting party stated water seemed to be overflowing near Chase Bank. An officer responded and no report was taken.

12:16 p.m. Stray Animals: A stray dog was reported near E Seventh and S Adams Streets. The caller said the dog did not seem friendly or aggressive. An officer responded and no report was taken.

2:30 p.m. Noise Complaint: A caller reported a semi behind their building on N Main Street had been running its generator or engine nonstop. Officers responded and no report was taken.

5:52 p.m. Threatening: A caller reported someone telling her he was ready to pull a knife on her while she was in line at Rosauers. No report was taken.

11:16 p.m. Citizen Dispute: A reporting party stated a man hit him in the face with his hand on E Fourth Street. The man was no longer at the scene. A report was taken.

Sunday, June 21

12:28 a.m. Controlled Substance Problem: A reporting party found pills in a bathroom on E Fourth Street and wanted an officer to pick them up. The reporting party did not know what the pills were. An officer responded and no report was taken.

2:53 p.m. Stray Animals: A pregnant dog was seen walking near Hillside Place. No report was taken.

7:01 p.m. Controlled Substance Problem: A reporting party stated he may have found drugs inside a glove on Railroad Street and College Avenue. An officer responded and no report was taken.

9:47 p.m. Citizen Dispute: A caller reported people fighting at Fairfield Inn but did not know if it was physical. There was yelling. A woman left and a man stayed in the room, but the caller did not know where the woman went. The caller did not know if weapons were involved. Officers responded and no report was taken.
