Friday, June 12

12:43 a.m. Noise Complaint: Loud music was reported on King Road. The report stated it had been ongoing since 10 p.m. that night and was an ongoing issue. An officer responded and no report was taken.

7:52 a.m. Animal Problem/Complaint: A caller reported possibly seeing a cougar on the walking path near Good Sams. They were able to turn around and were cautioning others to do the same.

11:18 a.m. Vicious Animal Complaint: A caller reported a dog off leash on Ridgeview Drive. The dog lunged at her, the report stated. An animal control officer responded and the dog owner came out of the house. No report was taken.

4:14 p.m. Noise Complaint: Loud music was reported in the East City Park area. The caller said it started around 2 p.m. and sounded like a live band. An officer responded and found subjects had a permit. No report was taken.

8:50 p.m. Simple Battery: An officer requested a case for simple battery at Panda Express. A report was taken.

10:47 p.m. Trespassing Complaint: A man who was asked to leave Wingers earlier that day had returned. The reporting party said they locked themselves in the manager’s office and he had possibly gone out the back door. Officers responded and a report was taken.

Saturday, June 13

10:23 a.m. Malicious Mischief: A reporting party called about someone letting air out of her tires between 9 p.m. the previous night and 8 a.m. that morning. She reported a similar occurrence a few weeks ago, the report stated. An officer contacted her and no report was taken.

3:04 p.m. Stray Animals: A caller said she has a husky in her garage, but is unable to get it into her car to take it to the Humane Society. The dog was taken to the shelter and no report was taken.

4:21 p.m. Malicious Mischief: Graffiti was reported on multiple buildings on the University of Idaho campus, including Art and Architecture North and the Mines Building on Seventh Street. An officer responded and a report was taken.

4:40 p.m. Malicious Mischief: Maintenance called to report an issue with someone ripping out light bulbs on Fourth Street and smashing them on the floor. An officer responded and a report was taken.

9:27 p.m. Noise Complaint: Party noises, fire crackers, loud music and throwing things into a parking lot was reported on S Asbury Street. The reporting party said it had been occurring for an hour and at least three people were involved. An officer responded and no report was taken.

11:07 p.m. Fireworks Complaint: A caller reported mortar rounds going off at Berman Creekside Park about three minutes beforehand. An officer responded and no report was taken.

Sunday, June 14

12:53 a.m. Noise Complaint: A caller reported a street performer on E First and N Main Streets had been there for over an hour, singing off key with a keyboard. An officer responded and no report was taken.

3:22 a.m. Suspicious Person/Circumstance: A caller reported someone outside her window. She could see them walking around and shadows on her wall, but no attempts to break in. An officer responded and no report was taken.

4:41 a.m. Theft Other: A reporting party said a man walked into a building on Troy Road, took a case of beer and walked out. The caller did not see a vehicle out front and did not know if the man was on foot or in a vehicle.

4:57 a.m. Malicious Mischief: A group of three young men were reported as having been partying all night on S Asbury Street. At the time of the report, they had started yelling and throwing bottles. Officers responded and a report was taken.

11:04 a.m. Malicious Mischief: A caller saw his car had been keyed about 20 minutes before the call. He saw the car around 10 p.m. the previous night undamaged. An officer responded and a report was taken.

12:12 p.m. Trespassing Complaint: A man who trespassed at Wingers recently was in the parking lot. Officers responded and no report was taken.

12:37 p.m. Warrant Arrest: An officer requested a case and arrested a woman on a warrant at Wingers. A report was taken.

1:16 p.m. Traffic Violation: A caller stated two four-wheelers were driving around the Ford Street area while kids on bikes were in the area as well. Officers responded and no report was taken.

3:12 p.m. Malicious Mischief: AT&T reported a man left the business and drew an inappropriate picture on the window. Officers responded and cited the man for vandalism. A report was taken.

6:45 p.m. Utility Problem: Water was running down the sidewalk in front of the caller’s house on Quail Run Drive. Nothing was flooding the house, but water outside was running down the hill and not stagnant. An officer responded and no report was taken.
