12:01 p.m. Threatening: The reporting party stated a car sped up and swerved at her while she was in the Winco parking lot. She said the person said something to her she could not understand. An officer advised and no report was filed.
3:45 p.m. Other Law Enforcement Calls: A report came in of a fruit stand near Troy Road and Jefferson Street with a seemingly abandoned amount of fruit. The reporting party wanted to know if the fruit should be donated. An officer responded and no report was filed.
5:37 p.m. Traffic Violation: A report came in of a possible drunk driver swerving on State Highway 95. No report was filed.
Tuesday, May 19
8:34 a.m. Wanted Person: An officer requested a case and arrested one man on N Van Buren Street. A report was taken.
9:14 a.m. Wanted Person: An officer arrested one man on a felony warrant on E 4th Street.
9:26 a.m. Wanted Person: An officer requested a case and arrested one woman on E 4th Street. A report was taken.
10:28 a.m. Stray Animals: A report came in of a large light brown dog and a smaller fawn-colored dog running around on N Asbury Street. The reporting party said one had a long leash hanging from it. An officer responded but was unable to locate the dogs. No report was taken.
12:35 p.m. Bomb Threat or Attack: A report came in of a suspicious item at Goodwill. The building was already evacuated.
1:12 p.m. Stray Animals: A reporting party called with a stray dog in their custody. The dog had no collar and was described in the report as a dark gold mutt. An officer responded and transported the dog to the Humane Society. No report was taken.
Wednesday, May 20
12:53 p.m. Vehicle Fire: Fire and law responded to a report of smoke coming from a vehicle on Palouse River Drive. There was no fire emergency and no report was taken.
2:37 p.m. Traffic Violation: A report came in that people kept driving around the barricade at W A Street and Cherry Street. An officer responded and no report was taken.
6:36 p.m. Theft Other: A report came in of a phone stolen on May 9 or 10. The reporting party left it on a picnic table in East City Park.
Thursday, May 21
3:00 a.m. Traffic Hazard: A report came in of a tree limb blocking road on N Eisenhower Street.
7:22 a.m. Suspicious Party/Circumstance: A reporting party advised of a man on roller blades asking for money. The reporting party gave him 15 cents. An officer responded and contacted the man. No report was taken.
3:43 p.m. Stray Animals: A black chihuahua was found near Zion’s Bank. The reporting party said the owner called and is en route.
