11:08 a.m. Recovered Stolen Vehicle: A U-Haul employee called reporting their reported stolen U-Haul trailer was actually in their lot. Officers responded and no report was filed.
2:59 p.m. Traffic Violation: A report came in of a male driving around on a 4-wheeler, saying he had a couple of tequila shots and was taking it for a test drive at the University of Idaho Arboretum. No report filed.
4:58 p.m. Structure Fire: A woman reported seeing fire from her home near Borah Avenue. Moscow Fire, law and EMS responded, locating an outside fire. It was not an emergency and no report was filed.
10:46 p.m. Noise Complaint: A report was called in of neighbors playing loud music for the last two days near S Main Street. Officers responded and no report was filed.
11:22 p.m. Noise Complaint: A report was called in about loud music and yelling near W A Street. According to the reporting party, the noise has been going on for at least two hours. Officers responded and warned the occupant. No report filed.
Saturday, May 16
2:23 a.m. Noise Complaint: A report of a loud party near Nez Perce Drive came in. According to the reporting party, the people and music have been loud since around 4 p.m. Officers responded and warned occupant. No report filed.
9:58 a.m. Theft Other: Someone called reporting they had a package taken from their front door near E Fourth Street. A report was taken.
9:23 p.m. Other Law Enforcement Calls: Officers were advised of lots of people at Tapped Taphouse & Kitchen not following social distancing or wearing masks. No report filed.

9:34 a.m. Malicious Mischief: A report came in of someone writing profanity in sharpie on the vacuum of Jiffy Lube’s car wash. Officers responded and a report was taken.
2:29 p.m. Wanted Person: Officers arrested a male on warrant near Vandal Drive. No report filed.
11:48 p.m. Noise Complaint: A report came in of loud, party-like noises, music and voices near Ash Street. Officers responded and warned occupants.
11:50 p.m. Noise Complaint: A report came in of loud bass and party noises that, according to the reporting party, had been going on for 30 minutes. Officers responded and warned occupants.
