Sloppy Joes are a quick and easy meal, but it can get boring. Since we have all the time in the world right now, I decided to try a variation of Manwich Sloppy Joes. What is one thing that makes most things taste better? Cheese. I’m a big fan of quesadillas, so I decided to try this recipe.
Cook time: 25-30 minutes
Serves: 8-10

Ingredients:
- 1 can of Manwich Sloppy Joe sauce
- 1 pound of cooked ground beef
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
- Tortillas
Directions:
- Cook ground beef in a saucepan until cooked throughout. Put this aside for later.
- Heat another saucepan on low heat and add the amount of tortillas you want.
- Top with tortilla with cheese, cooked ground beef, and the amount of Manwich sauce you desire.
- Cover with another tortilla
- Cook for 1-2 minutes and flip then repeat until tortilla is crisp and cheese is melted.
- Repeat process for as many as desired tortillas.
- Cut the tortillas the way that you want and serve.
