Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of vanilla (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine peanut butter, sugar,egg and vanilla in a bowl.
- Roll mixture into balls and placeon a cookie sheet. Use a fork topress down on them.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cookies cool for about 10 minutes.
