A red Nissan pickup crashed into a parking lot divider on Sixth Street Wednesday night shortly before 10 p.m. following a police pursuit.
Robert Brown Jr., the man operating the vehicle, was arrested after the crash and taken to the hospital via ambulance, Moscow Police Officer Caleb Struble said.
This was the third police pursuit of Brown in a 48-hour-period, Moscow Police Department Captain Will Krasselt said.
Brown was wanted for felony charges including aggravated assault and domestic battery.
The final police pursuit began at approximately 9:30 p.m. Wednesday night in Moscow near Main and D Streets, Krasselt said.
Brown was discharged from the hospital Thursday morning and taken to Latah County Jail where he faces felony charges for aggravated assault, domestic battery, operating a stolen vehicle and eluding an officer.
