Chocolate and raspberry brownies

Servings: 16 brownies

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tps baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup freeze dried raspberies
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Melt the butter until liquid.
  3. Add in eggs and whisk with butter.
  4. Add both white and brown sugar to mixture and whisk together.
  5. Slowly add in flour and mix until smooth.
  6. Mix in baking powder, vanilla and salt.
  7. Stir in about 1/4 cup chocolate chips, save remaining 1/4 cup for topping.
  8. Coat baking pan in tin foil.
  9. Pour batter in, topping with remaining chocolate chips.
  10. Top with freeze dried raspberries, submerging them into batter.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
