If you’ve ever felt tempted to eat a warm bowl of mashed potatoes but have no access to a stove, this is the recipe for you. You can change the toppings to your taste if onion powder and rosemary isn’t your style.

Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoons mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon rosemary
Directions:
- Poke holes in both potatoes with a fork and wrap them each in damp paper towels.
- Microwave the potatoes for two minutes. Flip the potatoes over and microwave them for two more minutes.
- Remove the potatoes from the microwave and unwrap them. Place them in a bowl and mash them with a fork or a masher.
- Add the butter, mayonnaise, onion powder and rosemary and mix thoroughly.
