The Vandal Nation staff predicts the outcome of Idaho men’s basketball vs. Northern Arizona University
Meredith Spelbring — Idaho 64, NAU 59
Idaho is going to ride the home court advantage all the way to its second conference win of the season. It is hard to say at this point this team ever has the advantage, but if they do, it’s the Cowan Spectrum.
Brandon Hill — NAU 70, Idaho 69
The Lumberjacks will have the edge in this contests, despite their challenging season so far. The Vandals have their own share of troubles, so this game is basically a toss up.
Chris Deremer — Idaho 68, NAU 61
This may be one of the most unpredictable teams during the Verlin era. With all statistics and logic pointing toward an Idaho win, can Idaho actually bring home their second Big Sky win of the season? If the Vandals want to start heading back in the right direction they need to win—and now.
Jonah Baker — Idaho 75, NAU 70
This one will be close, but the Vandals have a couple of slight edges over the Lumberjacks that will be exacerbated by home court advantage on Saturday.
Zack Kellogg — NAU 72, Idaho 64
With this season seeming more like a rebuilding year after every game, Idaho will have a tough time coming out with a win against Northern Arizona. Despite talent on the Vandal roster, this meeting with the Lumberjacks should be taken as a learning experience and for the Vandals to improve their game.
