The Idaho State Board of Education announced Wednesday the firm that will lead the search for the University of Idaho’s next president.
Storbeck Pimentel and Associates was tapped to lead the search, according to an SBOE press release.
The board plans to announce UI’s 19th full-time president “sometime early next year,” according to the press release.
Emma Atchley and Don Soltman, both board members, will be part of a screening committee in charge of vetting candidates. According to the release, Storbeck Pimentel will consult with “members of the U of I campus community.”
“I look forward to assembling the members of the screening committee and working with them to develop a transparent process that will include input from Vandal students, faculty, staff and alumni,” Atchley said in the release.
