Adam Goldman, national security reporter for the New York Times, will present Thursday night at the Oppenheimer Ethics Symposium in the University of Idaho Administration Building auditorium.
Goldman, a Pulitzer Prize-winning reporter covering the FBI’s investigation into President Donald Trump’s ties with Russia, will begin his speech, titled “Reporting on the President, Spies and Why the Truth Matters” 7 p.m.
Goldman worked for the Washington Post reporting on terrorism before transitioning to national security for the New York Times. A graduate of the University of Maryland, he has received multiple journalism awards, including his 2012 Pulitzer, a Harvard Gold Smith award and a George Polk award.
Thursday’s event will be open to the public, with a question and answer session scheduled for after the speech.
