The Vandals have one year left in the FBS and one year left with standout quarterback Matt Linehan. This season is big for the program so the team will want to start the season off on a bang.

Idaho has a great offensive game, and runs away with the win.

Sacramento State is coming off a 2-9 season in which they gave up an average of 40 points per game and did not win a single contest away from home. According to ESPN, the Vandals have over a 95% chance to win on Thursday, with good reason.

Linehan and Idaho offense will combine for a big offensive game, scoring three or more touchdowns in the air.
