A great recipe if you are tired of the everyday breakfast and want to add a splash of excitement to your life. This recipe is extremely versatile and the bacon bowls can be used for many other recipes such as BLT bowls.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs per bacon bowl
- 2 strips bacon per bowl
- Any toppings you like on your scrambled eggs
- Cupcake tin
- Tinfoil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 390 degrees Fahrenheit
- Flip cupcake tin upside down and cover with tinfoil
- Cut one strip of bacon in half and make and “x” on the bowl of the cupcake tin
- Wrap a whole piece of bacon around the base covering the ends of the previous step
- Repeat for how many bacon bowls you want
- Place in oven for 20 minutes or until cooked to your preference
- While bacon is in the oven make scrambled eggs
- Fill bacon bowls with scrambled eggs and top with whatever toppings your prefer, in this case I topped with shredded cheese
- Serve hot
