If you like fishing or don’t mind going to the store to buy some catfish, this is an easy and delicious recipe that will leave your guests wanting more.
Ingredients:
Catfish fillet
2 sage leaves
2 thyme sprigs
Salt
Pepper
2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat
When butter is melted, place catfish fillets in pan with thyme sprigs and sage leaves
Flip every 45 seconds until cooked all the way through
