There is nothing cheaper than 5-pound bags of potatoes for college kids. Of course that means having potato recipes everyday for a while, and baked potatoes get kind of boring after a while. Try these little potato chips or slices instead.
Ingredients:
- 4 small potatoes
- Oregano
- Garlic
- Basil
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cooking spray
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- Wash and slice the potatoes into thin strips no more than 1/4 inch wide
- Spread in a single layer on a 9 by 12 inch cookie sheet
- Sprinkle all the seasoning on the potatoes to taste
- Spray with cooking spray
- Cook for about 15 minutes until soft all the way through
