This is my standard hamburger recipe. Practice artistic expression with toppings, but I like to use spinach, mustard and either goat cheese or sharp cheddar. The potato chips are awesome and healthier than standard chips.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Potato chips:
- 1 potato
- Rosemary
- Salt
- Olive oil
Directions for burger:
- Mix ingredients together with hands
- Form into four equally sized patties
- Pan fry in butter or grill
- Serve with favorite condiments
Directions for potato chips:
- Slice potato to desired thinness
- Coat a baking sheet in olive oil (or butter)
- Spread potato slices evenly across the baking sheet, but don’t pile them
- Sprinkle rosemary and salt on the potatoes
- Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown
