This is my standard hamburger recipe. Practice artistic expression with toppings, but I like to use spinach, mustard and either goat cheese or sharp cheddar. The potato chips are awesome and healthier than standard chips.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Potato chips:

  • 1 potato
  • Rosemary
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Directions for burger:

  1. Mix ingredients together with hands
  2. Form into four equally sized patties
  3. Pan fry in butter or grill
  4. Serve with favorite condiments

Directions for potato chips:

  1. Slice potato to desired thinness
  2. Coat a baking sheet in olive oil (or butter)
  3. Spread potato slices evenly across the baking sheet, but don’t pile them
  4. Sprinkle rosemary and salt on the potatoes
  5. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown
