Every year I seem to break the bank just trying to drink coffee. Especially when there are pumpkin spice lattes. However, I came across this recipe will browsing through Pinterest and just had to try it. It’s cheap and easy for an evening hot cuppa.

These directions don’t have to be followed exactly. I added French vanilla creamer to mine, and halved the recipe because this is supposed to serve 15 people.

Ingredients

6 cups milk

4 – 6 cups brewed coffee

1 cup pumpkin puree

¼ cup vanilla extract

½ cup sugar

3 cinnamon sticks

 

Directions

Combine milk and coffee in the crockpot.

Mix together pumpkin, vanilla, sugar and cinnamon.

Pour mixture into crockpot and mix well.

Toss in cinnamon sticks.

Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.

Serve hot. It does not reheat well.
