The breakfast ring is an easy recipe to make and tastes great. This recipe does take about 45 minutes to make so this is not something that can be done in a rush. This is perfect for those days when you are not in a hurry and you want to make something delicious for breakfast.
Ingredients:
8 slices of bacon
1/3 cup of milk
5 eggs
1 can Pillsbury refrigerated crescents rolls
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Cook 8 slices of bacon on medium heat for 4 minutes and flip after 2 minutes. Don’t worry the bacon will cook more in the oven
In a medium bowl beat 1/3 cup of milk and 5 eggs with fork or whisk. Then put mixture in a medium pan on medium heat and make scrambled eggs.
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil
On the baking sheet lay out the crescent roll triangles
Lay a strip of bacon from the base to the tip of each crescent roll triangle
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese towards the base of the circle
Spread the scrambled eggs on top of the shredded cheese and then add the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top of the scrambled eggs
Season scrambled eggs with salt and pepper or whatever you like on your scrambled eggs
Fold the outside corners of the crescent role triangles to the center
Place in oven for 20-25 minutes
Enjoy
