A quick easy meal that is super of filling, beef stroganoff is perfect for almost every occasion. Especially as it cools down, the warmth of a creamy pasta is always comforting. This Russian meal will fill your belly and warm your toes.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup of sour cream
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
Noodles
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions, add 2 teaspoons of salt to water.
- Brown beef in skillet.
- Add cream of mushroom soup and heat to boiling.
- Lower heat, add sour cream, simmer for 15 minutes.
- Drain noodles and combine the two together.
- Serve warm.
