Crumbs video – UI Iron Chef cooking competition spring 2014

University of Idaho campus dietitian Marissa Rudley, Vandal Dining and Residence Hall Association hosted the student Iron Chef competition of spring 2014 at Bob’s Place 5.30 p.m. Thursday. They used two secret ingredients – sweet potatoes and lentils – local to Idaho. The student team of Michael Braun and Holly Wilkerson won the title.

    Very cool idea. Next time get some close ups of the final dishes. If you really want to kick it up a notch, there should be a cooking competition between UI and WSU.

      That's a great idea! We've had the competition at UI for over a year now, so not too long ago. Yes, definitely that would be a good idea. Thank you!
