Grilled cheese is the ultimate comfort food. It’s a go-to dish anytime whether you have a bad day or a great day. The best part about grilled cheese is that there are infinite combinations and there’s no right or wrong way to make grilled cheese. Aside from burning it, I dare you to find a way to make a bad grilled cheese. This recipe is a spin on the classic sandwich but it’s just as delicious.
