Ingredients
- 1 package hashbrowns
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- 1/4 chopped onion
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a muffin pan.
- Mix everything together.
- Spoon mixture into individual cups, about 3/4 full.
- Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- These freeze well to microwave for a last-minute breakfast.
