Everyone misses the comforts of home when they head to college. One thing I missed most about home when I first came to college was my mom’s cooking. So I made my mom’s potato bread recipe, which resulted in the fluffy and wonderful bread I missed from home. Try it for yourself, since there are never too many uses for the many potatoes found in Idaho.
