Smoothies are easy enough to make: throw some fruit and and a few other things in a blender. Press a button and voila.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen huckleberries
For extra nutrition and improved texture:
- 1 scant tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax powder
How to
- Blend it all up
- Pour out into a glass
- Enjoy.
