Brita’s best berry-banana smoothie

Smoothies are easy enough to make: throw some fruit and and a few other things in a blender. Press a button and voila. 

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen huckleberries

For extra nutrition and improved texture:

  • 1 scant tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax powder

How to

  1. Blend it all up
  2. Pour out into a glass
  3. Enjoy.
