Philip Vukelich | Crumbs
A simple breakfast scramble is a great way to start your day. It’s tasty, quick and provides the energy and nutrients to keep you alert in class all day.
How to
- Fry your favorite breakfast meat in a large frying pan. Bacon is my favorite, but sausage will work as well.
- Throw in a liberal assortment of your favorite veggies. This can be onions, red peppers, bell peppers, mushrooms — anything really.
- Season with a dash of oregano, salt and black pepper.
- In a separate frying pan, scramble three eggs.
- When cooked, top the eggs with your meat-veggie mix and serve.
