With busy lifestyles and few resources, college students are especially looking for the simplest, quickest and tastiest ways to satisfy their hunger. An entire batch of cookies can take a couple of hours to make with all the mixing, scooping and tray-swapping that takes place, but with this easy recipe a single deep dish cookie is ready in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. white sugar
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 drops of vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp. chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together butter, sugars, vanilla, and egg yolk.
- Add flour and salt.
- Mix until combined.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Put the dough into a small microwaveable bowl, ramekin, or coffee cup.
- Microwave for 40-60 seconds or until the cookie looks done.
Best served warm, makes 1 deep dish cookie.
